Campaign Objective and Project Background

TBG Group were tasked to identify and contact Schools in Swindon and the surrounding areas, to offer seminars, with regards to the teachers’ Pension scheme and the local government Pension scheme.

TBG Group were required to contact business managers and other decision makers to offer the service, gauging the level of interest and requirement. TBG Group were required to book a date and time for when the seminar will take place.

TBG Group’s primary objective was to provide information regarding the free service Swindon Financial Services were looking to provide, along with gauging the level of interest.

TBG Group also allowed Swindon Financial Services to identify larger groups of schools (Trusts); adapting the overall Campaign in a more positive way, for future opportunities. Utilising outbound dialling allowed TBG Group to gather valuable insight and intelligence around the requirements of the target audience.
