That challenge was finding enough time to focus on building a bigger client base of customers that had multiple pianos that or had a need to be tuned more regularly than the regular home player. Dan needed someone who would understand his business, help build new regular introductions while also being mindful of the history and reputation that Juniper Pianos has built over the past 60 years.

That challenge was finding enough time to focus on building a bigger client base of customers that had multiple pianos that or had a need to be tuned more regularly than the regular home player. Dan needed someone who would understand his business, help build new regular introductions while also being mindful of the history and reputation that Juniper Pianos has built over the past 60 years.

Project execution

Juniper Pianos and the TBG Group team drew up a marketing plan that focused on the key requirements of the business. The plan was to initially focus on schools and colleges that had multiple pianos that would need regular tuning within Daniels catchment areas. We reviewed his existing client base and agreed the target demographic before purchasing data.

A marketing plan was devised, supported by our expert telemarketers, and commenced in June 2017 in order to secure some new leads for Daniel prior to the start of the new school year.

At the 3 month campaign review Daniel has increased the amount of telemarketing in his campaign to capitalise on the success.
