Campaign Objective and Project Background

Zebra Technologies came to TBG Group with a large, comprehensive database of contacts. Our client wanted to establish whether the information of these contacts were still correct and if the contacts still wanted business`s with Zebra Technologies. On top of this, they also had a database of contacts they needed to analyse to ascertain which contact would like to be involved with the client’s business in an attempt to generate further leads in the future.

Project execution

Using our expert team of agents, TBG Group were able to establish with Zebra Technologies how many contacts we were able to verify and add to the database each day as a rough prediction to give Zebra an idea on how long this process would roughly take. This would also have an influence on the competitive day rate we looked to charge them. We worked closely with the Zebra’s budget and the list of data sent through to us and established a plan that will ensure all of the client’s existing contacts were verified and any new contacts were added to this list. TBG Group devised a comprehensive script that our highly-trained agents would use in order to establish contact with Zebra Technologies’ customers and attempt to generate interest from new customers.

With a list of potential contacts established and an accurate and highly-effective narrative script for our professional call-handlers to follow, TBG Group set out to begin calling on all of the corresponding contacts. TBG were able to make at least 50 calls per day on average. Within these calls we were able to ascertain which customers within the database were interested and not interested. In addition, TBG Group were able to source decision-making personnel on LinkedIn and establish contact with them to generate potential leads for the client. These results were then reflected onto the client’s customer database including the addition of any new contacts TBG Group established thanks to the successful calling campaign.
