Campaign Objective and Project Background
Our client came to TBG Group with the aim to establish a connection with both previous and new customers as well as attempting to generate new leads also. In order to do this, our client wished to start sending out Marketing E-Mails that would help promote the company’s products and services. On top of this, our client wanted to also increase the engagement of their current customers by launching a weekly newsletter consisting of related articles within the Financial industry with the aim to promote the client’s brand within.

At the very start of the campaign, our team of agents at TBG Group worked closely with Tenant Screening to establish what type of products and services they wish to promote within the E-Mail campaign. As soon as this was ascertained, a series of E-Mail templates were produced by TBG Group using Mailchimp, a worldwide online E-Mail Marketing software used by over 20 Million people. These templates contained a variety of features to encourage interaction from the recipients. For example, links in the form of buttons to visit the client’s website, hyperlinks in the form of icons to explore the client’s social media platforms etc. TBG Group ensured that when creating the templates, we utilised every feature on Mailchimp that will help drive traffic to the client’s website and social media platforms.
TBG Group were kindly provided a comprehensive database from Tenant Screening consisting of new and lapse customers to send the corresponding E-Mails too. Prior to sending out the E-Mail, we checked with the client to ensure they were happy with the layout and language included in the E-Mails. TBG Group worked hard to establish that the E-Mail drafts matched the target audience demographic of the client’s audience. After receiving confirmation from the client, the E-Mails were sent to the recipient and an increase in website visits and social media engagement was being made. We used our highly-skilled team of calling agents to conduct a follow-up calling campaign to the recipients who had opened the E-Mail but did not take further action in an attempt to generate as many leads as possible for the client.
