TBG Group have embraced a strong working relationship with Nanogreen Cleaning, a local and sustainably friendly cleaning company focusing on commercial cleaning and facilities management services. Nanogreen have created a strong reputation in being eco-friendly, with goal to make more progress by growing their existing customer database.

Making a social impact is at the forefront of what Nanogreen looks to achieve. Their commercial cleaning and soft facilities management services assist those who find it difficult to integrate in the community and with the assistance of TBG Group, Nanogreen cleaning work closely with local organisations and government to achieve this.

Campaign Objective and Project Background

Nanogreen cleanings primary goals are to change the foundations of the cleaning and facilities industry by putting shared values at the forefront of the business, Financial Opportunity, Environmental Priority, Social Change and Pricing and Service on an equal footing.

Nanogreen is all about reinventing corporate social responsibility, it’s become a washout of check boxes and ticking exercises and Nanogreen are committed to actionable and demonstratable change. They take the risks that many organisations cannot and do this in a structured and measurable way.

TBG Group agreed to assist Nanogreen, to run a calling campaign, dialling into a range of public sector businesses such as but not limited to:

  • Childrens day care’s,
  • Pre-schools,
  • Primary and Secondary Schools,
  • Colleges and Universities.

The aims of this campaign were to understand and gather certain market intelligence, such as who the company use currently, if they’re in a contract and if they would be open to receiving a quote from Nanogreen for their requirements.

Project execution

This campaign involved calling and attempting to speak with the person responsible (Decision maker) in relation to cleaning contracts at the premises.

TBG Group began the campaign by researching from public domain sites, where possible, the most appropriate contact at the business, before putting in phone calls to establish the correct contact and to try and secure a conversation about Nanogreens service. TBG Group also operated an active inbound telephone line, where we were able to assist in taking inbound enquiries and handle follow up calls, as well as manage the voicemail function to maximise the opportunities presented to Nanogreen.

Along side outbound dialling, TBG Group also had access to an email domain which reflected the clients business so that TBG Group agents could send out a brochure with information about Nanogreens services to prospective clients who had enquired for further information before making a follow up call, to discuss the information provided in further detail and understand whether this was a “Qualified lead” to pass over to the team at Nanogreen to provide a quote.

Qualifying criteria for a lead was agreed between TBG Group and Nanogreen and were based on then following;

“How many days per week are currently provided?

What else is included such as any deep cleaning/window cleaning/carpet cleaning/kitchen deep cleaning as part of the current contract?

Length of the contract (If contracted)

Any additional specialist services that your current provider includes in the contract that you would like us to include?”

All leads were provided live to the client at the time of securing the opportunity and fed back to them in order to progress these to a quote.

Marketing intelligence gathered was reported on a spreadsheet which was then provided back to the client at the end of the campaign.

Results

At the end of the campaign, TBG Group passed back a spreadsheet to the client, compiling all the marketing intelligence gained, providing Nanogreen with a pipeline of new business opportunities that they can capitalise on in the future, when each specific demand is needed. TBG Group highlighted within the spreadsheet all the leads that had been created over the course of the campaign.

TBG Group are pleased to say that we have been able to secure Nanogreen cleaning new business contracts as an outcome of our activity on the account.

Results
