Event Service Check is a brand new online event assistant owned by Cheltenham Ltd. Event Service Check is an online events services directory for event organisers to find the perfect entertainment services. It also allows entertainment providers to increase their exposure by listing their services on Event Service Check’s website.

Our client came to TBG Group with the aim to establish contact with some of the client’s existing customers within their Customer Relationship Management System.

Our client also wanted to establish new leads within the financial market in order to attract new customers to add to their CRM System in the future. Handling this process alone would be a challenge for our client which is why TBG Group saw the potential to take over this process on their behalf.

Project execution
At the very start of the campaign, TBG Group discussed closely with Event Service Check to ascertain the best communication methods to contact the client’s existing customers. An agreement was made to use our highly-trained call agents with years of experience to conduct outbound calls to the Event Service Check’s existing customers as well as researching and gathering new potential customer contact information with the intention of conducting outbound calls to generate further leads for our client. Prior to conducting the outbound calls, a highly-detailed script was made for our calling agents to read from to ensure the quality of the call was maintained and to ensure that minimal mistakes were made.
Event Service Check used a popular CRM System named InfusionSoft which Group had previous experience in using. TBG Group were kindly provided access to their CRM system in order to allow us to start conducting calls to the client’s existing customers. To establish new leads, our team of agents used various communication methods and online platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to establish contact with appropriate decision makers and begin interesting them with the ESC’s service. Our call agents gave the potential customers a walk-through tour of the client’s website as well as creating a demo account for the user to try out the client’s services before finally concluding if they would like to sign up. Once an established lead was generated, our calling agents manually added the contact details into the client’s CRM system for Event Service Check to use to their benefit in the future as a customer.

As a result, our ESC has an extensive list of interested customers in their CRM system which they can use to their advantage for future service offerings. Within the campaign, TBG Group successfully managed to establish contact with a total of 4,500 existing customers. A total of 375 potential customers were established with 33 of them resulting in qualified leads generated for our client.
