Project execution
TBG Group worked with Cross Street Customs to design a series of logos that matched the look and feel they were aiming for. With creativity and wacky ideas at the heart of the Cross Street Customs brand message, our specialist team of graphic designers worked hard to guarantee a unique and abstract approach to the draft designs. After a series of reiterations, the logo and its relevant brand kit including fonts, colour palettes and more was signed off allowing our website developers to begin setting up Cross Street’s new web presence.
Working closely with Dan at Cross Street, TBG Group ascertained the main aims and objectives of the new website. Not only was the purpose to educate and inform of the business’ purpose, it was also to act an e-commerce store. Allowing customers to purchase parts directly from the website.
With these three main aims in mind, TBG Group got to work with the initial theme research, making sure the theme chosen closely matches the aims and objectives of the project in hand. A theme was picked and agreed with Cross Street before initial wireframing and draft visuals were created to simulate the new user experience as well as the look and feel.
With the visuals and new structure signed off, our team of website developers worked hard over the course of 4 months to construct a brand-new SEO and mobile-optimised website that meets exactly what Cross Street customs were looking for.
Through our knowledge and expertise, we helped Cross Street ensure they sell to prospects seconds after landing on the website. Their promotional video, showcasing some of their finest work can be seen above the fold on the homepage. Giving the target audience the reassurance they need that Cross Street Customs are the trusted campervan conversion specialists in Swindon and Wiltshire.
It was then agreed to setup both Facebook and Instagram accounts dedicated to Customs. TBG Group setup and optimised both accounts ready for posting ensuring no details were missed for maximum account optimisation. This involved using effective usernames, bios and hashtags to ensure the best account exposure.
Quality over quantity was at the forefront of our approach to address RJ Flooring’s main objectives. Each marketing activity was based on previous industry knowledge and experience as well as relevant online research around the industry and MVB’s target audience.
To help Cross Street gain a better understanding of their marketplace and the presence of their competitors, it was agreed that TBG Group would conduct a Data Building campaign in an attempt to investigate and retrieve a comprehensive list of Cross Street Custom’s competitors along with their pricing and product offerings.
As this was a Data Building exercise, a tight script was not formulated, allowing our highly skilled agents to interrogate similar businesses and retrieve the necessary criteria before presenting their findings to Cross Street Customs.
