The company provides high-quality, bespoke engineered wood, herringbone and other flooring types to homes and businesses up and down the country. RJ Flooring also sold high-quality flooring and flooring products via their e-commerce website.

Campaign Objective and Project Background
As a busy Sole Trader, Robert Jones, owner of RJ Flooring and RJ Flooring Specialists, was often out most of the day proving an expert service to his customers. Often leaving the website and its related marketing channels unattended. Rob came to TBG Group with the need to outsource his website management as well as the desire to obtain new business.
Before working with TBG Group, Robert struggled to upload new flowing products to his e-commerce website. His lack of time to dedicate towards his company’s marketing activities meant that new business was scarce. When turning to TBG Group, Rob wanted us to manage the development and products on his website as well as generate new leads via a Pay-Per-Click Campaign.

A new navigation bar structure was introduced, along with our recommendations to categorise each fleet of service by Alexander Swan’s target customer types (Window Cleaners, Landlords, Personal, Commercial Businesses) TBG Group also carried out an extensive review of the Alexander Swan website, factoring in key elements such as user experience, SEO compatibility and more before compiling a list of our recommended changes. After the changes were signed off, our team of developers got to work on the agreed changes which involved some of the following:
- Removing and re-inserting relevant, higher quality images
- Shifting testimonials higher
- Introducing more visually rich elements to enhance look and feel
