TBG Group works effectively with The Openwork Partnership and ConcertHub
The Openwork Partnership is one of the longest established and largest financial advice networks in the United Kingdom. The company consists of over 4,100 advisors based in nearly 700 firms and supported by 600 Openwork colleagues.
ConcertHub is a CRM system developed by The Openwork Partnership. Designed to support wealth advisers to deliver exceptional service to clients, the system has since been upgraded to support advisers across all sectors of finance.

Campaign Objective and Project Background
While bringing out their new CRM system, The Openwork Partnership identified the importance of making sure all their clients were having a positive experience throughout the whole migration process. This feedback was very important as they looked to expand the use of ConcertHub across all three sectors, Wealth, Protection, and Mortgages.
TBG Group were tasked to contact the advisers who had recently migrated to using the ConcertHub system, to conduct a survey on their experience and record as much information where possible on the advisers’ experience to report back to The Openwork Partnership.
Campaign Objective and Project Background
While bringing out their new CRM system, The Openwork Partnership identified the importance of making sure all their clients were having a positive experience throughout the whole migration process. This feedback was very important as they looked to expand the use of ConcertHub across all three sectors, Wealth, Protection, and Mortgages.
TBG Group were tasked to contact the advisers who had recently migrated to using the ConcertHub system, to conduct a survey on their experience and record as much information where possible on the advisers’ experience to report back to The Openwork Partnership.
Project execution
TBG Group’s primary objective was to conduct the survey as well as compile data around the usage and effectiveness of the ConcertHub system.
The campaign was designed to gain a better understanding of how the advisers felt the migration process went, along with their thoughts on the new CRM system. The campaign consists of a three-call dialling cycle. A spreadsheet is made each month with the data provided by the client; this is then filled in by the TBG Group agents as they make contact with the advisers.
TBG Group met with the clients prior to the commencement of the campaign, this allowed the clients to provide training on the purpose of the calls, discuss the desired outcomes, along with set targets. It was critical that calls were authentic and that the team were working a seamless extension of The Openwork Partnership’s own team.
